• Service Warranty: All repair services are covered by a 7-day workmanship warranty. Recurring issues related to the original service will be rectified at no additional labor cost.
• Dispute Reporting: Dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect the work site before processing claims.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis:

• Eligible: Services not rendered or significant failure to meet the agreed service scope.
• Non-Eligible: Installed spare parts, consumable items, or damage caused by user neglect post-service.

4. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method:

• Digital Wallets: 1–2 business days.
• Cards/NetBanking: 5–7 banking days.
